EnochSpeaks tackles unpleasant issues regarding the high jail and prison rate of young Black males in America and what can be done to correct this serious situation. "Charity starts at home and spreads abroad along with each one teach one is our battle cry". In today's modern and technology savvy world our children are being left behind with little to no applicable life skills. The civil rights movement must revamp itself into a new and improved educational based and life skill training organization. To ensure that discrimination stays on the ropes we must develop and implement year-round training programs designed to enable our youth to succeed in life. Enoch Hagans is the owner and publisher of the Vision Newspaper and Blogtalkradio and is using the latest in technology to spread the word throughout the minority community that change is here. President Barrack Obama has shown us that with hard work and a good education anything is possible.

Civil Rights Act of 1964 Not Enforced in Tennessee
The City of Clarksville was discovered to be out of compliance with the Civil Rights Act of 1964 in a 2003 Title VI Compliance Report and Audit done by the Tennessee Title VI Compliance Commission, director John Birdsong. The city presently is still out of compliance with Title VI laws, rules and regulations and is currently still receiving federal funding from the following federal agencies either directly or as a pass-through recipient of the state of Tennessee. They are as follows: The US Department of Transportation, the Federal Transit Administration, the Federal Highway Administration, the Federal Aviation Agency, the Environment Protection Agency, the US Department of Commerce, the US Department of Labor and Workforce Development and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The city of Clarksville and Tennessee State Agencies have fraudulently signed Letters of Assurance between the years 2002-2008 stating that they are in full compliance with the Civil Rights Act of 1964 in order to receive federal funds while in a non-compliance status. According to the US Department of Justice signing these Letters of Assurances is a form of fraud therefore making these actions are illegal.

  • The time for bulls**it is over! This country's Veterans are in trouble and everyone knows it with many avoiding tough questions regarding their plight. There are too many people saying with words that they support the troops with lip-service only and nothing more. In the city of Nashville there are more-than 600 homeless Veterans sleeping on the streets, with many camping out in the rural areas of the state. Something must change because many of these government programs are not working and it shows!
